Bookings and Cancellation Policy:
 

Notice of Cancellation. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. There is a cancellation fee of 15% on all course bookings (minimum charge 125 euro). It is not possible to refund any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to course start date.

Non-attendance on certain dates. Please inform us at time of booking (if you have prior knowledge) of any dates during the course that you will be unable to attend (e.g. one evening from a four-evening course). This will help the tutor and hopefully yourself.

Non-transferable. Bookings for workshops & courses are non-transferable. You must attend the given  course or workshop on the correct dates and at the stated times. Cancellation policy rules apply.

Occasionally courses have to be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached. If you are booking travel and accommodation please contact our Director of Staff Desiree Vroemen +31 (0) 6 22 654 963 before making arrangements.
